Thinking Beyond The Screen…
I have 8+ years of experience across UX, marketing strategy, and leadership, and I’ve always been drawn to work where there’s a complicated problem to solve and no obvious answer.

What makes me, me.
My background in marketing gives me a bit of a different lens on product design. I’m comfortable zooming out to talk through the bigger business goal with executives, then zooming back in to figure out what that actually means for the person using the product.
A lot of my best work happens somewhere in the middle — taking research, data, business goals, and user needs and figuring out what we should actually do with them. I love the point in the project where research and insight guides the design process explicitly, especially when I get to be creative with the design solution. I’ve worked across everything from AI-driven products and marketing websites to e-commerce experiences and internal workflows.

Beyond the screen…
Outside of work, I’m usually doing something that involves making, exploring, or trying something new. You can usually find me cooking, training for my next half-marathon, watercoloring something from a recent hike, or traveling whenever I can. I’m also an outgoing person who is always happy to talk strategy or anything interesting going on (or sing a Broadway show tune to anyone who will listen).
Always happy to connect!

Podcast Feature: Human-Centered UX
in the Age of AI
I recently joined the UX Banter podcast to discuss the evolving intersection of AI and user experience. In this episode, we explore why human-centricity is more vital than ever and how designers can leverage non-traditional backgrounds to build more empathetic products.
Key Takeaways: Maintaining the "Human" in AI-driven interfaces, navigating a UX career transition with a non-traditional background, and why real-world friction builds better design intuition.

Throughout my career, whether in a marketing strategy role or in the UX design industry, my collegues have shown graceful appreciation for my enthusiastic energy, attention to detail, and motivation to do great work.
"Taylor's thoughtful, intentional approach to the UX, from features to flow, made sure every decision reflected the user's journey in a meaningful way.
She helped us keep the heart of the brand in every interaction."
Stone Martin Builders, Client Testimonial
Testimonial was given after website re-design went live
"I had the pleasure of working alongside Taylor and I must say, she is a true go-getter! Her ability to offer insightful suggestions during our collaborations was truly impressive.
What sets Taylor apart is her eagerness to learn and understand how various experiences and teams intertwine. Her knowledge and willingness to find the best solution for both experiences allowed for the design decisions to be made quickly. She is a valuable asset to any team!"
Cameo Martinez
Senior UX Designer | Worked together at The Home Depot
"I was most impressed with the patience, flexibility, and intensity Taylor brought to our planning and preparation.
These [customer strategy] meetings and preparation can sometimes be a pressure cooker that clouds vision. I can confidently say, my slides in the presentation were super clear and that was due to Taylor’s business acumen."
Chris Ellis
